I tweaked my neck during muscle-up practice...and then proceded to do 100 chest to bar pull-ups. Now, everytime I turn my head to the left the right side of my neck screams at me. Its better than it was last night, I guess. I need some heat and tiger balm. Heehawa! I prayed during my sleep for it to get better.
I'm off to find morning coffee and then to lululemon! Yippee.
