I started coaching the Juniors at Mission Bay for San Diego Canoe/Kayak Club. I love being on the water with them. The coaching comes naturally. When I coach it feels like I'm mean't to be doing it.
I trained at Crossfit SoCal this morning.I was invited to try out for their affiliate cup team at the Crossfit Games. There will be some brutal workouts on Sunday. I'm a little nervous. It couldn't be worse than Crossfit Qualifiers though.
Today I did:
